Terms and Conditions of sales

Foreword
 
The Website is the property of Netriders in its entirety, and all rights thereto.

Reproduction in whole or part, is always subjected to the authorization of the owners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company Netriders via the website SOS HANGER and client, both parties fully accept.

These general conditions shall prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document.

2. Products

The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contract. If errors occur, in any case the responsibility of society Netriders will be held liable.

All products offered to its customers by SOS HANGER are available in our warehouse.

3. Order

The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. SOSHANGER confirms the acceptance of its purchase order to the email address he has given. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of order.
 

SOSHANGER reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

The information provided by the buyer, when taking an order is this: in case of error in the recipient's details, the seller can not be held responsible for the failure in which it could deliver the product.

4. Delivery

After order confirmation, SOS HANGER agrees to submit to “La Poste” carrier, all items ordered by the purchaser within a maximum period of 48 working hours.
 
Also for deliveries outside of mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of goods, customs duty and other taxes payable under the laws of the country of receipt of order.

Delivery will be made by “La Poste : Lettre Max” or by “Colissimo” in France.
The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

Deliveries to countries in and outside the EEC are performed by the post Colissimo Europe.

In case of defects, the buyer has the right of return as provided herein.
Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.

The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient.

Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged.

5. Retraction

You have 7 days from receipt of the items to get an opinion. For an exchange or refund, (the) item (s) new (s) in its (their) original packaging, intact, with all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation at the following address :

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, SOS HANGER is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer without any charge, except for sending & return shipping costs. Repayment is due within a maximum of 15 days.


6. Price

All prices are quoted in euros.
The price on the product description does not include shipping.
The price listed in the order confirmation is the final price, including tax and VAT for France.

This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, freight and commissioning.

7. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by SOS HANGER.
The product price is payable the day of the order.
Payment is by credit card.
Secure online CPS allows you to pay via a bank server of the Banque Postale in a secure environment.
 
Your credit card is directed to the servers of the bank, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the shop server, ensuring even more important that your numbers are known only by our partner bank (Banque Postale).
 
The order validated by the customer shall be considered effective only when the payment centers concerned have given their approval. 

In case of refusal, the order will be canceled and the customer notified by email.

8. Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. SOS HANGER can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold.

It is the same for any changes resulting from product manufacturers. Responsibility of SOS HANGER will in any event, limited to the amount of the order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.

In case of difficulties in the implementation of this contract, the buyer has the option, before any legal action to seek an amicable solution with the help:
Of a professional association of the branch, or from a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice.


Claims or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in those who took the trouble to explain his situation.

 

In case of dispute, the customer should first contact the company to reach an amicable solution.
Otherwise, the Commercial Court of Salon de Provence has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of delivery location and method of payment accepted.

10. Specific clause for authorized retailers SOShanger

Professional clients and retailers: Due to the technical assembly of the derailleur hangers we sell, we shall limit our sales to the professional clients 
witch company is registered on the trade directory.This registration gives us the guarantee that they have a workshop and perform repairs of bikes

In addition, the distibution of our product will be conditioned by the signing of the Agreement Distrubution Selective Authorized Dealer of the current year.
