ROXY BIO Parts washer fluid - 20L

ROXYBIO is a biological solution consisting of micro-organisms, surfactants and bio-stimulants acting effectively on the degradation of hydrocarbons. Thanks to its excellent degreasing properties and its high emulsifying power, ROXYBIO allows the development of a new concept of solvent-free degreasing parts washers. ROXYBIO has no phosphate, nitrate, sulphate, sodium hydroxide, terpene, chlorinated or aliphatic solvents. ROXYBIO is non-flammable and protects users fom the dangers associated with the use of conventional degrasing solvents. Through its biological action, it contributes to the protection of the environment. As such, ROXYBIO is perfectly integrated into the ISO 14001 certification procedures. The micro-organisms selected for ROXYBIO belong to class 1 under the Norm 2000/54/CE.

WHERE TO USE :

• ROXYBIO allows the degrasing of mechanical parts in mechanical and screw-cutting industries, garages, etc

METHOD OF USE :

• ROXYBIO is used only in ROXYBIO parts washers which ensure continuous oxygenation of the medium and a temperature of 37°C, essential to the activity and growth of micro-organisms.Dilute 1 volume of the product to 4-5 volumes of cold water. For the starting load of the parts washer, provide 20 liters of ROXYBIO. Every 4-6 weeks of use, provide on average 5 liters of ROXYBIO in order to regenerate the solution. After degreasing, it is recommended to dry the parts well.
